3. Emergency Call-Outs

Emergency services are provided on a best-effort basis. Response times may vary depending on location, traffic, weather conditions, and demand. We do not guarantee fixed arrival times.

4. Quotations & Pricing

  • Quotations are based on the information available at the time.
  • Pricing may change if additional work is required after inspection.
  • Any additional costs will be explained before proceeding.
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold certificates, documentation, or warranties until full payment is received.

Late or non-payment may result in additional charges or recovery action.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice.
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a call-out or administration fee.

7. Access & Safety

Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property, boiler, and plumbing systems. We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

8. Gas Safety & Compliance

All gas-related work is carried out in accordance with applicable safety regulations. Gas safety checks and any certification apply only to the systems inspected at the time of service.

9. Warranties & Liability

  • Any warranty applies only to work carried out and parts supplied by us, unless stated otherwise.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, wear and tear, or issues beyond our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
